Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a 7-day return window.

Any refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn (except for try-ons).

  • Be in the same condition as received.

  • Be in original packaging.

Refund Policy

A full refund will only be issued if the issue is due to our error or product fault:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Wrong size sent (different from order)

  • Item received is defective

In these cases, you may choose a full refund or replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

For all other eligible return reasons, you may choose one of the following options:

Exchange

Exchange your item for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

Store Credit

Receive store credit equivalent to the value of your item. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used on future purchases.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We are unable to accept returns if:

  • Items show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Return request is made after the 7-day window

  • Items are not in original condition or packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
