Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy for items purchased through our website.

The 7-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered according to the courier's tracking information.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn (except for trying it on).
• Be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be returned in its original packaging.

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• The item was not purchased during a sale or clearance event.
• The item received is defective.
• The item received is a different size from what was ordered.
• The wrong item was received.

Exchange or Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose one of the following options:

Exchange

Exchange your item for another item of equal value.

Store Credit

Receive store credit equivalent to the value of your returned item. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used on future purchases.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued above MYR 50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
